Relationships and family life can be affected by communication difficulties, repeated conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, unresolved hurt, heartbreak, separation, or divorce. Using an integrative approach informed by psychodynamic, attachment-based, person-centred, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives, we help clients explore recurring patterns, understand the influence of past experiences, improve communication, manage conflict more constructively, strengthen emotional connection, and develop healthier boundaries. Where possible, therapy supports individuals, couples, and families make thoughtful decisions that reflect their needs, values, and wellbeing.
