Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of services
Counselling offers a supportive space to understand and manage emotional difficulties. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If needed, we may recommend a specialist assessment (such as a psychiatrist) and work together with your doctor or other professionals, with your consent.
2. Emergency and crisis
This service does not provide emergency or crisis support. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
3. Appointments
Appointments are arranged by contacting us. Please arrive or log in on time. Late arrival may reduce your session time, as we need to keep the next client’s appointment on schedule.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are shared before booking and are payable before each session. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice may be charged.
6. Client responsibilities
Please share information honestly so that we can support you well.
Please attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Please treat our staff and other clients with respect. We may end services if behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
7. Online sessions
Online sessions depend on your internet and device. If a session is disrupted because of technical problems, we will try to reconnect or reschedule.
